Tool verify email-adresses

Tool to verify E-Mail Adresses We are searching for a tool or script which is able to verify email-adresses if they are correct or incorrect. Further it should check if sending out an e-mail thru this adress is possible (answer of receiving server) or i fit a bounce. The answers from the server should be stored. I fit is possbile we also find out spamtraps. The best add-on should be to send out an e-mail included a tracking pixel for measuring if the e-mail will be opend by receiver. We know there are ready-to-go systems availible, but wee need this checkup for at least 30 mio adresses. 80% of this belongs to german freemail providers. A solution on on server with some IP Adresses will not be enough, cause all free-mailers block this checks very fast by IP blocking and so on. It is up to you to find a way the check all data. We need this check for 1 mio data a day. Maybe there is a way thru proxies? A lot of IP-Ranges? Other Mailingservices? We look forward to listen to you ideas.
