HI, After a long time working from home, we want to do a f2f day for strategy meetings. Location is NYC (or closeby). Target date is Nov 18. I've been struggling to identify a good location, so I'm trying my luck with pros. Requirements from space: 1. Be outdoor (rooftop, garden?) for COVID reasons. 2. Enable us to have a serious day of meetings. This means large TV screen, heating, and ideally some kind of solution in case of rain. 3. We will want to to have lunch, snacks, coffee etc. 4. After the workday we will want to have some celebratory drinks/dinner. The challenge here is to find the right location, so ideally you would be familiar with a suitable location before applying :) Thanks!

My firm is located in NYC and we specialize in Corporate Meetings and Events. I started my company in 2006 and manage every event that is awarded to us. We work on an hourly fee or 20 percent of the overall budget. Some places to try are: NoMad Roof, Amali on the upper east side, Refinery Rooftop, Avra may event section off an area for you. There are several other rooftop hotels that would work as well. We won’t have a budget until we choose the location. Thanks

I know great rooftop locations with food and drinks and arrangements in Jersey city / hoboken (just opposite to nyc) . That would make the event cheap and also easy for commute as people can use their own car and park locally . Let me know if the plan sounds great , I can reach out with more details
