Hello, What you can do is save the master files as a template. Then save the individual copies as normal .xlsx files. Add a button to the templates to clear them and generate the next incremental number. Adding in a NOW formula will also show today's date. When saving the copy you will need to make sure that the formula is replaced by copy paste special values to make sure it does not keep updating. Again this could be added as part of the button if you want the macro to save the copy as well as clear the template.
