We are a horticulture business. Our manager is required to submit an operations report each week. It is a very standardized report, so we are attempting to create a form template in excel that has a professional format and presentation. The intention is for the manager to copy/paste the form to email as a picture and send to the directors of the company each week. The form template should be protected from changes in formatting to keep its consistency. The manager will need the required permissions to post graphs to the 'dashboard' and use simple drop-down lists and text boxes. We have produced the content of the template (this is attached) including all the tables and lists. What we require is someone who is able to format the template to give it a really professional look and function.
