Customer Prospecting

I own a commercial/industrial cleaning equipment rental, sales, and service company (Wisconsin Scrub & Sweep - [login to view URL]). One of our main customer segments is Commercial Building General Contractors in the Milwaukee, WI and Madison, WI area. They rent large sweeper/scrubbers from us to keep their project sites clean during construction. I am looking to hire someone that can research and find every "commercial" (not residential construction) general contractor in the greater Milwaukee, WI and Madison, WI area. After finding a commercial general contractor, I would also like to know the name of their project managers, owners, operations manager, -or any other "decision maker" at the company, along with contact information (if possible). I figured Linkedin may be a useful tool to search the company to find managers. I do not want any of the potential customers contacted - just information gathering. This information will give my direct sales team leads to call on. I would like the information presented in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with the following fields: -Company Name -Company Address (Street, City, State, Zip) -Company Phone Number -Company Website -Name of Project Managers/ Superintendents/Owners/Operations Managers/ "other potential decision makers". -The contact's phone# (if possible) -The contact's email (if possible) -Any other information to help my sales team. I understand that may be difficult to impossible to find the decision makers of some commercial general contractors. When this is the case, the company information will be enough - I'm just trying to gather as much information as possible for my sales team to have "warm leads" instead of flat cold-calling. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have. I would ask for a quote for your services per hour. For this initial prospecting project, I would ask for 3 hours - depending on the results, I would ask for more. If this goes well, there will be plenty of opportunities for further research and customer segments. Thanks!
