I make button on each sheet. When you would change data press button. your data save as history in last line of history. Your Master sheet is already taking data from top row of sheet. Hi, I am a Data Analyst. I frequently use Excel Formatting and Formulas in my analysis work. I do know how to automatically populate the data from the other sheets into the master sheet. I have done this type of Excel Formulation many times before and should be done with the task fairly quickly. As for the reverting google sheets, it is likely due to some settings issues. I have 2 issues right now I would like help on. 1. I have an excel spreadsheet in Google Doc. It is pretty simple. The first sheet is a master list of our equipment. Has equipment #, equipment name, hours, hours till next service etc., and this master list pulls information from other sheets in the spreadsheet. I want it to be a continuing list though. Basically I need a formula to draw the information from the bottom row on a sheet and put it on the master list. Right now we have to type in the new information at the top and then type it again lower on the same sheet to keep a history. 2. Issue two which I don't know if you can help me is for some reason our google doc kept getting reverted back to a older version whenever someone would try to upload information of their own on it. So right now they are just sending me the information and I'm putting it in myself. I can do it.

Hi, First of all appreciate you for detailed description & attachment. It gave me a clear idea of requirement. #1. You want to update latest status of equipment in Master sheet. Data has to be picked from the last row of each sheet. I can do this. You just have to mention Equipment number and Equipment Name in Master sheet. All the current status columns data will be picked from last row of that equipment sheet automatically. You didn't even have to enter the formula in Master sheet when new equipment added to the list. I will also teach you how formula works so that you can make column modifications in future if necessary. #2. I solved similar kind of issue with one of my clients. Not sure if it's because of the same issue but I am pretty confident that I can solve it. I can easily pickup the problem once I see live google sheet. I can solve both problems in one day.
