Basic Outline Firstly, thank you very much for any help you give me on this. I'm new to VBA & want to learn more about VBA. I am developing a VBA userform that allows users to add in information (purple areas) selected information much easier than what has been done before (OldForm-red tab). It's been too easy for users to not add details in the current template that's why I want to add a standard userform here that is more visually appealing but user friendly. It looks up some information on the other tabs (green). Some of this may change over time but will worry about changes later. Eventually I want the green tabs that hold information to be hidden & just have the userform displayed when they open the file :) This userform & file is still developing but just need a hand a few things working & getting me closer to what I'm after. Looking for some inspiration I guess :) Task One I've added a command button (green 'Add new product') at the bottom of the VBA userform for the user to add a new copy of the 'product detail' frame underneath the existing frame Generally the user wouldn't add anymore than say 10 products so after a existing product detail frame has been completed the user can click on the button below & create a blank copy of the product detail frame underneath existing frame multiple times. I believe this is through a class module but again don't know enough about class modules as yet :) Can you help ? Task Two I've highlighted in a light yellow colour 3 boxes that require a date. Is it possible to add a date picker option to these 3 boxes? We want this to work for all users who take a copy of this file from a work directory so I guess I'm looking a some sort of hard code option here? Task Three Clear Form - can we add a script that allows the user to clear the form & start again. Pink box in bottom left of the userform. Task Four Save As - can we add a script that allows the user to save as to allow them to copy to wherever they need to copy the form. Red box in bottom left of the userform. Task Five Print Form - can we add a script that allows the user to print the form. Grey box in bottom left of the userform.

Hi , I went through the requirements and the attached macro. I have 5 years of excel vba coding experience and I am very good at it. Also I am 10 year experienced SQL developer. I see that there are some question you put up based on the requirements. Task 1 : Yes this button can be used to create a new product . Task 2 : I am not sure a bout the date picker. I will try out some samples to see if that can be achieved or not. But I have implemented date dropdown earlier in one of my previous projects which works perfectly well. Task 3; Clear form button acn be done. Code can be written under it to clear the form and the user can start a fresh entry. Task 4 : I am not sure about whether a form can be copied or not , but we can save the entries in another excel sheet itself like a database so that if needed the user can just open this entry and use it later some time. Task 5 : Print form can be done . I have doen print format as pdf earlier. If needed we can try Crystal Rreports also to create a print format. Please message me so that we can discuss on it.
