Medium to Complex Excel Macro (compatible with PC Excel 2003 coding)

We have a few medium to complex excel macro (depending on your level of Excel Expertise) that needs to be created or modified based on our existing macro. Background: Our macro parses data (3K rows+), and based on several macros, splits the data into worksheets and then does some minimal vlookup functions and similar functions and updates files (xlsx, xls and csv) files in a given set of directories. Basically we need to update the values in a given path and mostly use vlookup to update values but there are bugs that we need fixing so that the CSV files retain the leading zeros on some of the columns. We also need to simplify the process on how records are updated and have a " vba form" to retrieve macro settings instead of using worksheets which is used throughout the macro. Requirements: PC Microsoft Excel 2003 (Must be compatible with 2003 although we run most of our macros on 2010).This means you cannot use functions that are built for 2007+ excel. We also require someone who is attentive to detail. Lastly, if you only post you resume , we assume you did not READ the post. We want you to post how you can fix the above criteria regarding trailing zeros so the CSV retains the leading zeros yet when open in Excel , the file can update data based on the worksheets from the macro.
