I need a excel macro (or similar) written

This could be a table format or just long list. I would then convert it to a spread sheet, the data in a table format. Data was highlighted on this spread sheet exported in very specific csv format. This data was imported into our “Lab information system”. From there I extracted information from the database using SQL and created a report consisting of tables. These were then checked and automatically emailed to the client. Some of these spread sheets are still in use 10 years later.
