I have developed more than 200 automations, using different platforms supported by VBA, Automation such as Excel to Excel, Excel to Access, Excel to Powerpoint, Web clawring, Excel to Mainframe. Key projects I have developed are enumerated below: 1. Quality Report for Finance, where data is taken from 5 different files, into a single consolidated reports where further segregations is done, for total count of the volumes processed, top 3 errors for individual team, top performer and bottom performer of the month and week (based on the type of report weekly or monthly). Top and bottom Team Managers for a particular period. Onces the data is validated by the team the MI is further presented into a PowerPoint template for circulating the status of the process to onshore stakeholders. This tool is used regularly on weekly and monthly basis and saves upto 2 FTEs . 2. Work watch: This tool is workflow management, used for allocation, productivity, getting the reports on outstanding SLA,SLA, pending, urgent task across 33 sub teams. This helps the management to take call on for all the urgent and important task to be allocate amongst the team to complete the work under SLA. 3. Travel Dashboard: This tool helps the management to collect the travel request raised by the operations through a web extract at regular intervals, this dumps get uploaded into Access database for further analysis of the trip and to show all the pending work remaining for that individual team. Based on the period reports for different category can be pulled.
