I have some data in a spreadsheet (can be excel or google sheet). I have a dataset called ClientPrice. I have another dataset called Appointments. I need someone to write a program / macro to parse through the Appointments dataset and if the "Certificate Code" field is empty then grab the "Price" value from ClientPrice dataset. Then output the result into a spreadsheet. In the Appointments dataset I would also like the date transformed to datetime value. Should be pretty straightforward for the right person.
