VBA ON MAC PROBLEM in automation between word and excel after update to Office 2016 / 365 -- 2

This is a project only for experts on VBA for MAC: please insert the words "I'm an expert" as the first line of your answer or I'll not read your proposal. The following problem started after updating from office 2011 to office 365 (at the end, it is the same version of office 2016). Details: I use a MAC (and as you surely know the mail difference in VBA between MAC and Windows is related to the management of the filesystem). I've a word document with complex VBA macros. At the end of a huge number of elaborations, a macro open an excel file and insert data in it based on the previous elaborations. The code is: Set xlAP = CreateObject("[login to view URL]") [login to view URL] = True ... ... This code is no more working: after some time it gives back a runtime error "-2146959355 (8008005)" I'm already aware that the reference to files changes in VBA code between office 2011 and office 2016/365: I've already fixed it to open and work a word from a word and thi is not my problem. I've already checked on the web, and found others with the same problem, BUT NOONE PROVIDE GOOD FIX (e.g. [login to view URL]). I want a simple macro that works on MAC with office 2016/office 365, written on a word document, that open an excel file that is on a defined path on the filesystem. Thanks!
