Hey,
I'm a seasoned growth marketing professional. I've worked in mobile marketing for almost 8 years. In my day job I manage high spending, ROI positive user acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Google and several other ad networks. I'm also trainer in User Acquisition academy, teaching campaign management and analysis skills for people aspiring to be UA managers.
One of the ways we work with new marketing managers is by walking through campaigns, analyzing performance, flagging action points, tests and improvements as we go. I think that same process would be tremendously useful for you guys as well.
Basically the process we do is 100% what you proposed. We start a video call, look at the performance together, discuss, ideate, set action points and follow up on those the next call. Daily is probably good for the 1st week or two, but once things sorta stabilize, we can probably manage with twice a week.
I get that it's hard to gauge how reliable & trustworthy a coach is, so I propose that I will do the first three sessions and after those sessions, you can decide if it's worth paying my normal hourly fee of 100USD for them.
Would that be something that's interesting for you?
