A. Company's main business: Development of educational products for children and teenage. We are a studio with 20 people. Now we are doing a new project, and we need more cases. B. Flash games collection requirements: a) Philosophy: To enrich the imagination of children, broaden their horizons and knowledge, develop intelligence of children, teenage and adolescent, to build a communication platform for children and their parents, make them to gain happiness and inspire their wisdom, to promote healthy and happy growth of children. b) Introduction: We need a series of PUZ games made by flash (3-5 kinds of games). c) Game background: the story of the planets and the universe in the future is best. C. Design requirements: a) A completed planning and design case, with all the resources including codes (programme) and arts. b) There should be much knowledge (for 7-14 years old) in the games. NOTE: It’s not an application of education, and the knowledge is just to make game rich and interesting. c) The style should be fantasy and lively, with crisp lines and future characteristics. The most important thing, that the games should be accepted by all the children and teenage (including boys and girls). d) AS3.0 and Flash are required. e) We will port to iOS or Android in the future, so the operation and UI should be uniform at these platforms (multi-platforms). f) The documents with introduction and details are necessary. g) Finish in 20 days D. Intellectual Property Description: a) Design works should be original, the game hasn't been registered or been used at anywhere else, not infringe a copyright. If the copyright is infringed, all legal responsibility should be undertaken by the designers. b) If make a successful bidder, the designer must provide all the above requirements, the design and integrity of the program, including a variety of vector graphics source files and fonts, the software which used to facilitate the revise and printing. c) After the design work has been adopted, the ownership, modify and use rights are the property of us all, the designer shall not use the designs in any other place, including the rights of the modified combination of the application, otherwise constitute infringement. The Company will sign the relevant legal provisions with the successful bidder on the works of the right to use, modify and use rights, the Company reserves the rights shall be investigated for legal responsibility of the designer. d) Once when make the successful bidder, the bidder must provide the successful work papers, electronic documents and pictures and graphics, and all works must meet the practical application of the resolution, editable vector graphic source files, that the standard color values, indicating the proportion of the various parts of size, color, image of the PSD, AI, CDR format source file to pay to us, after our confirmation to delivery of the commission. e) We have the right to require the winning bidder to design products according to our request with revise and fine-tuning.
