Ghostwriters for Romance Novels

We are looking for highly competent writers based in the USA to join our team, whose first language is English. It is crucial that the writers we hare are based in the States and have thorough, in-depth understanding of the English language. Please do not apply if you're based outside of the USA, or if English is not your native tongue. Locations will be verified and your language competency will be assessed prior to hiring. Initially, we will be reviewing writing samples and inviting applicants who meet our criteria to complete a paid short test piece to demonstrate their abilities (1000 words @ 0.01c per word). Once we have approved your writing style, we will then be looking for someone to complete an 80,000 complete book over a 6 week period. Please do not apply if you are unable to meet this deadline, as it is a hard requirement. Work will be expected to delivered in milestones through the six weeks, at which point funds will be released at intervals. Our payment structure is non-negotiable, set at $2000 per 80,000-word project. A performance-based bonus will be awarded if deadlines are consecutively met and the work is to a high standard. You will be required to sign a legally binding non-disclosure agreement, surrendering all rights to the work prior to hiring, as well as a confidentiality agreement upon commencement of the contract. We are looking for writers who excel at writing romance across a diverse range of genres eg. young adult, new audit, romantic suspense, contemporary and dark romance. If romance is your thing, and your writing is of a high and consistent standard, then we will have regular work for you.
