Illustration Needed - Tattoo Inspired Style/L.A. California

Hello, This project is for a client that I am working with. If you are chosen for the project, you will be working directly with the client to clarify details for the final image. Their project description is as follows: **************************************************************************************************************************************************** I need a very talented artist to create a L.A. California Style/ Tattoo inspired style, type of illustration. I want it to be ornate and detailed, and have a Flyer/Poster kind of layout. This will be used as a image for Social Media sites, so it will contain information etc. But I will need also a high resolution final file for prints. Please see the attached samples of the style i am looking for. I would like results very similar to this. So only bid if you know for a fact you can deliver this type of work. I have some concepts in my head and will give a detailed description to the winning bidder. Who ever is chosen, I will also need to see sketches along the way to ensure we are on the same page with the design concept, layout, look etc. I am looking for someone professional, communicative, and will try and meet deadlines as close as possible. Obviously i understand if we make changes to a design etc etc the deadline for the design will change, but just want to make sure this project doesn't drag on longer than it needs to be I am looking to get this started asap If you have any questions feel free to let me know.
