Joomla Expert with Design/CSS Skills needed ASAP

UREGENT: Must be able to begin today (in the next 5 hours) and show progress 10 hours later. Please visit: "laurelcanyon (dot) tv (forward slash) site" You will see there is a lot of design implementation needed for the Joomla template used. The website homepage has the exact look/feel we are shooting for (a PSD can be provided) This will require a strong Joomla expert with amazing design skills. Please send links and a customized message that you understand the requirements and proof that you visited the website. Be sure to include realistic timeline for design implementation of the Community section. You will notice obvious bugs and design flaws when going through the site. Main additions to what you see include adding a categorization catalog: on the LCTV page: add a categories list of 14 different categories to sort the results by (this category listing is already added as a dropdown to select when user uploads a new video). The homepage archive buttons need to be re-worked as they currently have no function. Ideally they would activate a text field when click on and the star will actually say "search". About section also needs some design element. Please see wireframe from original specs ( I know they have changed tremendously) and attached screenshots with change requests.
