Update Website/make changes -- 2

Need someone reliable to make some initial urgent changes to website and then will be required later on an ongoing basis for any further web development work. Initial changes are not to huge and should not take too long for someone with the right skills. Was previously accepted by another freelancer - and he failed to produce. I have noted my communications with him below to give you a further idea of what i want done: "This is initially what i need done - with potential for ongoing work. 1. ‘the mortgage detectives’ – please change font (match to the font on the mortgage detectives on my twitter account [login to view URL] ) 2. News & Updates – needs to sync with the wordpress blog 3. SMSF – Can you have the text wrap around the image – or right or left align 4. Can you upload the newsletter template into my newsletter program YMLP – so all I have to do each month is change the text 8. Can you align the page tabs - so they are level with the centre image (favours the left atm) Can you also give me an overall assessment of any changes you think would be appropriate to improve the look and fee of the website.
