website fixed

I am looking for a programmer/designer to edit my site which is not loaded to any host yet because I am still deciding on that. this will include fixing my graphics and add a few. I would like to keep my same color scheme just need an enhancement. Do not use copyrighted images and/or content and please use Custom coding List needed 1. I want to embed images into my existing graphics. 2. the site will need a chat room like the one included in the tables setup document that I have attached. This room will be done in java and mysql, php skills will be needed. It will include popup boxes/windows such as shown on the tables document page. 3. I will need a forum to be accessed with different topic links I have included in my [login to view URL] which will be shown and further discussed upon reward. 4. I will also require some simple flash games to be edited with better graphics. 5. I will need a small shopping cart with just 2 item 6.I need to setup my point reward system for members to exchange points for rewards on the site. 7. Membership and PayPal setup details will be needed also. 8. I will need some java script input and output forms created, 9.
