This is a community project. I would like the input of multiple people, each person playing a part in creating a project/useful website that we would all own together. We can create a crypto site with various different functions, with this one (time-stamping) being the first one we'll work on together. Here is an example of a proof-of-work, time-stamping site: https://originstamp.org. The site would be monetized through mostly donations and ad spaces -- as the time-stamping service would be free for users -- until we build upon the project with new ideas that could be profitable. Hi there, I have read initial high level requirements & visited the website to understand the overall functionality. I have also consulted with my technical team lead & few other programmer, so we are ready to take this project. However, my main concern is that our estimate is higher than your set budget of CAD 30, so I am not sure how much flexibility you have in your budget. No doubt, there are many bids within your budget range, as every bidder want to get this project, because on Freelancer website, whatever budget you will select to post the project, most of the bids will be within that budget range, no matter what actual working hours or cost needed to develop.
