Build a Marketable Website

Hi, There are 3 phases of the project (Building a website). This freelance project is only for the FIRST phase. The next phases may be outsourced to the same freelancer/team or developed in-house, depending on the success of first phase and the output quality of first phase. Phase 1: Build a marketable website. Phase 2: Integrate with other platforms and develop additional new module for the existing website. Phase 3: Creating quality back-end platforms, enhance website features based on customer feedback and transit to VPS/own server. For the FIRST phase, there are few pages which needed to be designed 1) Home page 2) Features page 3) Pricing page 4) Login/register access 5) User account platform, which includes multiple sub-pages/tabs (estimating 4 or so) 6) Payment portal integration (API shall be shared) 7) Mails - with proper template for mails for customer interaction, engagement. 8) Any other important pages, which come up during discussion. 9) User database management Other regular pages like contact, about, terms of use, privacy policy, disclaimer, FAQ. The server side language needed is PHP. You may use any CMS &/ web application framework for development. PRIMARILY, the effort should be on creating a professional website with a great user experience. I would like to hire a team which has quality graphic designers along with content writers to write right marketable & appropriate words in all the important pages. The designers are important for getting the right theme, based on discussions. The buttons, icons, vectors, images and colors should be in sync. The team should be open to suggestions, any product related criticism and for multiple iterations to get the right feel as expected. Please share your web development experiences when you apply.
