Create a design for a shoelace based on the attachment

Hi, I need you to create a design for a shoelace that will reproduce the graphic in the attachment that names "graphic for reproduction". The dimensions of the project have to be 200mm long and 13mm high. The top and bottom margins must be at least 2.5mm and the graphic mustn't exceed it. The design should contain the same colours as the "graphic for reproduction" and it has to be also a vector graphic. This project will be printed looped on a shoelace (printed the same graphic side by side several times), so the left and the right side of the graphic has to be able to match together. The colour of the material that is going to be used in the shoelace is blue (as this one on the graphic for reproduction in the attachment), so for drafts, you can use this colour as a background to see better how it look like, but the final version must have a transparent background. When creating the design, you need to remember that it will be printed on the laces, so it cannot contain too many details so that the design is clearly visible on the shoes, but I think that it still will be good, if you use flowers, butterflies and pills from the graphic in the attachment. I've also attached two pictures ("Shoelace 1" and "Shoelace 2") with sample shoelaces on which the design you made will be printed, so you can get an easier idea of how it should look.
