PROJECT: Create a 10-14 pg eBook for a real estate company titled "The Ultimate Home Seller's Guide." It will be a step-by-step guide to help homeowners sell their home. I don't just want a powerpoint or Word doc converted to PDF but rather a custom eBook with custom dimensions (maybe 6in x 6in or 7.5in x6in??). Preferably, someone using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator to create this. The eBook will be primarily for the web -- digital viewing/download. I WILL PROVIDE THE COPY: I have a basic outline and the copy for the eBook and can work with the designer to edit/reduce some of my text to fit within design and chosen dimensions (since that will affect page length). I NEED someone to create the entire eBook (cover, pages, illustrations, graphics, typography, design, layout, etc.). Please see attached files to get a sense of what I really want. Notice the creative illustrations and hand drawn style - I like that! You will need to create the illustrations, as I will only provide you with copy. I would like this done asap! Please share relevant projects, as I will rely on your portfolio to assess whether you're a good fit for this project. Thank you.
