Graphic assets for a modern Settlers 1 clone

I'm looking for a person or company that would be able to create all graphical assets for a game that would be Settlers 1/2 clone with platformer view. If you don't know Settlers series, you can see it for example here: [login to view URL] Content: + 24 buildings + 25 professions + 26 goods + 5 terrain kinds + 20 objects To do: * every terrain kind needs 3-5 tiles. Assume 25 tiles * every good needs: - icon - animation of producing this good - may be either for a character (like cutting wood) or for a building (like windmill for creating flour) - animation of carrying this good by the character * every profession needs a different character * every character needs animation of movement, climbing, 2x idle * most object needs 1 or 2 animations (e.g. falling tree, flying bird etc.) * building needs building animation (empty space -> scafollding with several stages -> full building) Tricks that reduce amount of work are more than welcome. For example when you look at the original Settlers 1 game, you can see that some buildings are very similar and differ only with icon (woodcutter, stonecutter, fisherman, forester - are all almost same). Also, characters differ only with their heads, the body remains the same. Probably some animations can be reused too, if designed properly.
