I need a designer

Hello. I need to design one special thing for my site. Here i try to explain what i need. I need a big header for my site, maybe its better to call it first screen of site, cause the height of this image suppose to be big. The topic of the site is Fitness. But the header must not to be a trivial fitness picture. It has to deliver 3-4 main ideas/messages on which the site is based. So it must catch the visitor's attention and deliver the key information. My project is a site, with a target audience of bodybuilders and also people who just attending to gym. The purpose of a site is to deliver some free content (always updating) and to sell some information products regarding to a site topic. But this is not a next site about fitness, with a mainstream, trivial content, which you can find in 99% of sites with this topic and youtube chanells and another sources in this area. We give very VALUABLE, not a mainstream information, which is BASED ON A SCIENTIFIC DATA. This is very important. I claim, that this is really valuable content. I say that, cause it is very important to deliver this message to a site visitor in first seconds when he got to a site. So the 1st message – the content on the site is science based. (which most of another sources like sites and youtubers and etc. can not boast). So here is going an opposition to another fitness content sources. The 2nd message – the information is given on the site is actual in 2019 year and some of it was discovered not so long ago, anyways all the information will be new and fresh and sometimes shocking for 99% of site visitors. The 3rd message – the content on the site is suitable for both the begginers and professionals in fitness area. So i have some idea how to realize this. I will explain now and show you my hand made drawing. My drawing skill is zero, so please don't laugh at me. Firstly, i think it would be cool, if we use a character on the image. It should be a scientist (guy with white robe and glasses) and also he should be with a great body with big muscles. So not to draw a new character, we can use a Rick from Rick and Morty TV serias. If you don't know about Rick (genious scientist) and Morty, google for “Rick and Morty” and then google for “Rick and Morty on steroids” so you will see the classic Rick and big ass bodybuilder Rick from the episode, where he used steroids. So lets get back to 3 messages, which should be delivered. From where people got the information about ftness, training methods, training programms ans etc.? 1. From the articles found in google search. 2. From fitness youtube bloggers. 3. from fitness instructors in the gyms. So the idea is to show all these 3 sources in left side of a header, visually combine them and mark them as a trash, show that all these is a shit. Moreover add a Rick looking at all these and making a facepalm. So you can see how I drew it in my drawing. This is a left section of a header. In the right section we can just add a Rick looking and the site visitor and add some text, where we deliver all other messages. Moreover it would be great to separate these 2 sections like for example make something lile light red backgorund on the left section and light green backgorund on the right section which is represent that in the left section is “bad” and in the right section is “good”. So I hope you understand what I wanted to say, if you have some comments or another ideas how to realize this or maybe correct interpretation, i will be happy to hear your professional opinion and vision. And how much costs this kind of work?
