New design for existing website and update/add API's to it.

Abstract: Needs to be able to design pages including graphics elements, use jQuery and AJAX to fetch content from PHP scripts on our server, and present the content to the user. Should be able to structure the site flow from landing page, through data collection and presentation, into a purchase page and finally to a PayPal and/or Stripe payment processing checkout. Skills required (advanced level): Graphic design with marketing savvy Expert HTML+CSS Expert Javascript, including jQuery + AJAX Very good working knowledge of PHP Google maps or BING maps experience, including geocoding Website: Index page (USES PARALLEX SCROLLING - PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU CAN SHOW US WITH THIS) - redesign as per new styles (examples given) - additional text to be supplied by FMI. - any image change suggestions to be presented by designer and approved by FMI. Data collection page - based on PDF example provided - require design and functionality from Freelancer - repeat phone number already provided but allow for modification - business name - street address - city - province or territory (drop-down list) - map (currently non-functional - map to be added) Results page - based on PDF example provided - require design and functionality from Freelancer - will use the results obtained from the 10 website APIs and place them on page in variable sized “tiles” Purchase page (using PayPal) - based on PDF example provided - require design and functionality from Freelancer - pre-fill fields with data collected where possible Thank you page - add MailChimp subscription About page Contact page - must have functioning form Terms page Privacy page Headers/Footers to be PHP includes. Google analytics code to be in header Report page (to be generated and emailed) - will be similar to results page, with additional text and links The flow of the site must consider current marketing trends and be designed to inspire confidence, professionalism and to convert into sales.
