Recreate 3 logos in Photoshop and Use Scripting to Export Co-ordinates and Colours

I would like you to import or recreate 3 logos in photoshop: Product Hunt ([login to view URL]), Reddit ([login to view URL]) and Hacker News ([login to view URL]). The twist here is that I would like each of the logos to be created using coloured circles only. You pick the colour, size and position of the circles (or do it programatically). All circles should be the same size and I'm flexible on how many to use for each logo - as long as it looks good (so I imagine each logo will require a few hundred circles). What I'm after is an Excel spreadsheet with the x, y co-ordinates of the centre of each circle, the size in pixels of each circle and the colour of each circle. The deliverables (for each of the three logos): 1. PSD file; 2. Javascript script that extracts the relevant information from within photoshop (i.e. x, y co-ordinates of the centre of each circle, the size in pixels of each circle and the colour of each circle); 3. An Excel file with the information from 2 above.
