Tech Person works with Shopify and Apps, Skype, Outlook 365

I'm looking for someone who can help me with applying shipping rates to my products in my shopify store. I have over 200,000 but I'm guessing this can be done in bulk if I give you the name of the product - for examples - Garden Flags - $6.99 House Flags - $7.99 etc. But I also have variations set up as well so if I have a canvas in 6 different sizes they would have different shipping prices. Here is an example. 10x12 - $6.99 11x14 - $6.99 16x20 - $14.99 18x24 - $14.99 24x36 - $39 30x40 - $39 Another issue I'm having is with shopify alphabetizing everything. I would like it to be totally mixed up so they aren't sorted by price, alphabetically, low to high, high to low, etc. I just want everything randomly mixed up. I need help with skype and syncing them on 4 devices. I need Office 365 to not automatically come up as READ. And I might need help with a few (2 - 3) shopify apps. And I also might need help or advice for a few small things. Things I don't even know yet but that might come up along the way. I need someone who can handle all of these for me.
