Im looking to develop a website where a customer could put their complaints on a bad experience in service or product, The customers should be able to find the segment on the website where the complaint applies to any purchase mad or bad service received Here are some of the areas Resturant, departments stores ON line purchasing cars repairs, buying and selling properties governments, city and politics i would like to see a plan how such a website take place the user should be able to find quickly the rea where to put the complaint and i should able to forward the complaint o the right place
