I have the Ultimatube WordPress Theme and I need modifications to it.

1. Member Upload: Right now the Theme doesn't come with a member upload feature. It allows members to add videos through links and then gets sent to Admin to approve. I need an Upload feature so members can upload and see a progress bar.
2. Theme Issues: Profiles, Channels, Submit Video all seem to be broken and must be clicked on multiple times to get them to work.
3. Bulk Upload: Either through Excel, FTP or plugin
4. Member's Partner: This is similar to what PornHub and [login to view URL] have it allows members to upload their own content and make money from ad views, sales, and downloads.
5. Modify thumbnails to be a little bigger than what they are now.
6. CDN: Have images and video be uploaded to a separate server
Not 100% sure if WordPress platform is able to do all of the modifications that I need, however, I am willing to use another script such as AVS, xStreamer, MechBunny, or even have someone create a script from the ground up.
