Convert XFA PDF Forms to HTML 5 and populate data to XFA form

I have a requirement to populate data to a XFA form. This is the end goal of the process. Below are the steps i am performing. 1) Sending questionnaire to user and user submits questionnaire. 2) Store data into mysql database. 3) retrieve data to a xfa form. This is where i need your help. I am thinking of below two options and need your input which one is best for this use case. option a) Convert pdf to html and retrieve data to html form from database. Upon clicking on print populate data from html form to xfa form. option b) Populate data from database to xfa form. I think option a seems to be better one but please share your thoughts.

Hello, I think following is the better option and I am able to do this: - write a server side script for receiving XFA submit - the script will do the XFA form field update and also store to database What do you think?
