We have a current integration between Salesforce and a practice management software Coreplus that has an open API (diary, clinical notes, client details etc) that needs to be updated.
Key Information that get’s currently synced through the API is
* Client Name
* Client Contact Details
* Client Location
* Client phone number
* Client health issue
* Practitioner availability in diary
* Practioner name
* Practioner speciality
* Practioner location & Salesforce account
* Cost of session
* If client is booked, attended, no show, invoiced, cancelled
We are currently experiencing some issues with some of the information syncing over properly which reduces the reliability and integrity of key business reports.
