Build a Drag & Drop Floor Plan Creation Tool.

I am working for an enclosed trailer manufacturer. I want an online app that can be used by my sales team when creating a quote that would allow them to also create a custom floor plan for each customer and save it as a pdf. It would be nice if it could also be saved as editable file that we could edit it at a later date but it is not a must. I have all the options that we offer for our trailers in 2d Auto Cad and 3d SolidWorks models already. I will want to integrate the application with a quoting site that is going to be built through our website. I would prefer a web based app but would possibly be open to a windows app. Ideally my boss wanted a 3d program but If that is out of reach we will do a 2d model like the website below. If done in 2D then I would like to be able to also do an interior elevation view of the trailer. I have included a image of what a floor plan might look like when done in 2D. In the photo titled Interior Elevation Etrack There is an option that we use often which is the wall mounted E-track. I would need to be able to add this in whatever length the customer wanted and have it look continuous like it does in the photo. Also would be great to be able to add notes or call outs onto the floor plan so we can add dimensions and details manually. This website is the closest thing I can find to what I want. [login to view URL] I would need all the same options that this site has as far as drag and drop, rotate change dimensions delete and so on. The options would be organized into groups similar to what they have. I would like to be able to add items to the option list myself as we add products in the future. Please give me an estimated cost and an idea of what you would do.
