Build a HTML page with 5 tabs and multiple charts in each tab

Hi, I want to represent in a HTML page the charts with data from multiple files. I have added a picture on how i want the page to look like ([login to view URL]) Some characteristics i am looking for are described below: The page should open via HTML page (example file:///<Path_to_file>/[login to view URL]) When opening the above page, should open with Tab_1 Opening page should be resizable based on the screen it opens onto Main page should have #000080 background color <TITLE> Should be with white color and Bold Tab_1,...,Tab_5 text in Bold black color and font is helvetica Tabs color when not active should be #688A08 Tabs color when active and displaying content should be #D0F5A9 When clicking on each Tab, there will be be 20 charts visible created from different files (sample file [login to view URL]) There should be a delimiter between the charts on same tab (line, space, etc) Moving from one tab to another will trigger a refresh of all the charts on that tab Chart style should be line chart Each chart has a Subtitle (name of the chart) and a Description - retrieved from a file (sample file [login to view URL]) On a screen should be maximum 3 charts. Each tab should have a scroll bar on the right to see all 20 charts Each chart on the Y axis will have Date and time and on X axis a different name for each chart On Y axis at 50 units there should be a dashed line as long as the X axis X axis and Y axis should be re-sizable depending on the amount of info in the file with the values (example of file to be represented [login to view URL]) On the X axis, the maximum value from the file should be represented Each entry added to the chart should be represented by a point and when I hover over that entry should show its value. Also I would like comments to be added into the written code , to be able to change the code, if necessary, to be able to add new tabs and charts
