looking for a frontend developer for a one page website (desktop and mobile)

i have a one page website design ready, i'm looking for a developer i will be able to work with continually on this current project and many other similar projects. requirements: the websites code will need to use HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Javascript and some other similar that may be used. while the main languages will be the ones i mentioned. current project and all future projects will be under copyright and all materials will be treated as confidential. the developer will not be able to display the work in his portfolio without permission, nor he will be able to copy it or make any other use except the uses that is relevant to the project and agreed on. at the end of each project, the developer will need to remove all related files he worked on for the project after a successful handover with all latest fixes that was needed. the code will need to be clean and and by best practices will be commented and include placeholders for backend developers to have all clear. during the project, i will provide all the design materials (backgrounds, icons, color palettes etc), mockups, and will explain the code functionality (in terms of UI and UX). i expect the developer to suggest better ways to implement UX snippets, gadgets etc, as per the developer knowledge and experiance, in order to achieve a higher level of websites. payments will be by milestones when each milestone is passed, i will release it and we will continue. i expect very good prices since i'm counting on a long term relationship (as long as level of work, price and of course communication will be good), i have many projects and just increasing, so whoever will work with me most likely will not run out of projects.
