Zen Cart Programming - Mod Needed For Product Types & Cart

I can pay a little more than the posted amount but it must be someone who has worked with zen cart before as my shopping cart has a lot of modifications already. 1. I would like to have a mod created to have different payment methods for different product types. 2. I would also like to be able to change product types from within a category with use of a new column and drop down menu. I have attached a photo with more details. I sell items users can buy with credit card and I also sell items they can only pay by bank wire or ACH, upon check out I would like them to see only the option that pertains to their product in the cart. This does not have to connect with a payment processor as all invoices and charges are done manually. 3. If Credit card product is in cart on checkout when they see credit card as option I would like to have an option to put up two links for them to down load credit card authorization form and a paypal authorization form. I would like to be able to turn these on and off.
