Hi I am renovating and redeveloping a Duplex housing project. This is an existing single story duplex pair. I will re-subdivide the block to allow 2nd story extensions on both buildings.

looking for floor plan sketch plus 3D rendering of new design with landscaping. This will be for concept real estate sale listing.

I have enclosed;

existing strata plan with new concept strata plan

existing single story floor plans

new concept site plan with basic landscaping concept

I am looking for someone to complete the following tasks

1) Create exterior architectural rendering for a small two storey house x 2 with several different angles (front / side / rear) of the building and some basic landscaping.

2) 3D floor plan of the same structure. using existing foot print you can remove walls but keep structure. 2nd storey main bedroom and living area. external cement render finish with congregated colourbond steel roof

The purpose of the above is for a real estate listing i.e. some added creative license is welcome. I have provided the PDF of the architectural drawings.
