This project is right up my ally since I'm a former varsity football coach, and speed/endurance coach. The love for training athletes is still alive inside me, so I give my son and his friends tips all the time on how to be more explosive, flexible, and mobile. I've also spent a lot of time being a client to a few personal trainers.
So basically...I know how coaches/trainers think. And I know what their biggest frustrations are. So I'm sort of an inside man.
When it comes to your project we'll go about it in these 3 simple steps.
1. I'll interview a few coaches, trainers, parents, and youth athletes that I have in my contact list so we can get a real feel for what their pains and aspirations are - it's bad to try to guess at what people actually want; you have to talk to real, living human beings.
2. The we'll go over your current testimonials and talk to any current customers that you might have. And if you don't have any already that's fine, because we can just go over some of your current marketing material - the best performing and the worst.
3. We'll get some drafts going for your new marketing material.
