I would like to hire a Marketing Specialist

Hi, I am a professional artist running my own business on line thru Etsy. This is a link to my site: [login to view URL] I grossed around $25K last year, and have a projection of about $33K for 2017. Here is the problem I am trying to fix: As I am just an individual, I can only do so much work in any given month. From about mid November to mid January, I am completely maxed out. So while normally, I would follow a more standard marketing plan of "shot where the ducks are flying," i.e. try to grow orders in the best months of business, that really isn't an option for me. I simply cannot do more than I did in 2016 during my busiest time. So, what I need to do is figure out an inexpensive way to grow my business from mid January thru early November. Currently, I only use a simple Etsy tool, auto renew, which merely renews listing, thus bringing them to the top of the Etsy rotation of products in the same category as mine. I know I am not using Etsy's suite of marketing tools very well - I have a background in merchandising, not marketing, and while I am familiar with tools like key words, SEO, Google Analytics, etc, I just don't know how to optimize them. Also, I think I could really benefit from some limited email marketing - my best and most consistent customers are Realtors - I do a ton of drawings of houses, which agents commission to give as closing gifts. They really like this, as the customers then hang the drawing in their home, and it serves to remind the customers what a good experience they had with their agent, and potentially creates repeat business. Another space I think my services would be valued is for Pet Services, like groomers, dog walking companies, vets, breeders, etc. I see this opportunity as both a pass thru gift to drive repeat business, or as a personal purchase, because dog people really love their dogs! Cat people too, but I sell a lot more dog portraits than cats. I'm REALLY looking for someone familiar with Etsy, their business model, built in tools, customers and such, as well as Google Analytics, FB, tumblr, and Instagram (which I completely don't get, like at ALL).
