I want help in below task
1. There will be image selected by user using File Upload control
2. There will be images stored in database may be in binary format
3. Submit will compare the selected image face and compare it with images stored in database.
4. Step 3 will pick top x results.
It should be robust enough to detect facial markers and anomalies despite tilt of profile or slight rotation of head. I need complete source code
Attached are the images. In case i use any one of them to perform search and all the images are already in the database stored then all these should come as top hints

I have done similar project of Face Recognition in my final year. But there images were stored in folders and their links were in database. So this time I would have to do as per your requirement.
