I can provide a comprehensive excel tool to calculate mixture proportions based on solvents, reducers and catalysts. Relevant database and formulae can be auto setup in excel. VOC emissions can also be derived from all the components based on the base coat and other mixture’s VOC ratings. I have worked on a small project with Asian Paints earlier.
