Minecraft Mod

I have this idea.. and I am looking for a skilled modder who knows how to mod minecraft, I have an IDEA, and would like to maybe get a project on the ago with someone, I am willing to pay, please mail me (: thanks. if someone is willing to work long aside me, this idea could turn into something much bigger, what will be explained on a message, basically this isn't just some little idea, it's basically an idea that hopefully in the future it will be a big thing, having a website, a server etc, this idea has not been done.. it has been done but not how it should be it can be much better, and I know the demand for it, so this is why I am looking for a bunch of people who would like to get a team together to start making this mod, I have the funds, the money, to help sustain the project, now I need some other people who can make this mod happen, if you think you can help in anyway please mail me, and ill tell you about the project.. requirements: from the idea I have currently I would imagine I would need someone who knows basically alot about modding minecraft, making GUI'S etc all of those types of things, this is a serious mod that I would like to start with someone or maybe a few people, I guess ill be needing people for modelling somewhere down the line as well.
