Overview : Using the documation from Bitstamp , create (modify) a websocket to subscribe to Bitstamp channel. Expected result : Json information from the bitsamp server everytime a new trade is created on the server. Requirements : Must be completed in Java MAVEN based Ideally completed in Eclpise. Should be stand alone No GUI is required, I am ONLY looking for the Json being returned from the server. When completed , I should be able to run the application and see the result in the Eclipse console upon each new trade. Details : I need to create a websocket for www.bitstamp.com. I ONLY require live updates of the ticker. This deals with subscribing to an API channel and returning the Json result. As this is a websocket I would like the a listner event , so anytime a new trade is made a listner event is triggered. The documentation can be found here : [login to view URL]
