Magento Product Configurator Required

I need a product Design Configurator Module for Magento platform which must be similar like one developed in [login to view URL] but for Tie products instead of shirts Customers must be able to design their own Custom Tie by selecting 1. Pre Defined Tie Design patterns 2. Fabrics (Currently we have two type of fabric products) 3. color 4. Logo (customer must be able to upload their own logos from their computer and insert it into TIE Design) 5. Text Customer must be able to write text on their Tie designs 6. Give custom height & Width to design 7. Save Design 8. click on add to cart button (if customer is existing one then he/she must login else must signup first) 9. checkout process our requirement is same like the configurator in Magento website [login to view URL] with a few more features so please have a look at our requirement and let me know if any one able to develop this configurator as a Magento module or using Javascript with html 5 which can be integrated with in CMS apges.
