Kids Website & ePub3.0 Development

I need a fully scalable website and it's online application develop. For a start, below are the information and specifications for both development in phase one so we can launch the service in the shortest time possible. Remaining phases will develop at later stage. Website Specification: 1) Can be written in either asp.net & MsSQL database or PHP & MySQL, please propose. 2) User registration and login function. 3) User profile page with upload of avatar image and information. 4) Comments and ratings feature. 5) Link to YouTube, Vimeo & Facebook page. 6) Basic information pages for example About Us, Contact and etc... 7) Showcase page with videos and ebooks. 8) Admin control panel to upload files, delete, manage membership and data. 9) Link to Amazon, iBookStore and Barnes & Nobles for ebook sale. (optional, quote if u know how to link it) Online Application Specification: Online application allow user to write and draw online. Propose using JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5. Codes must be ePub 3.0 ready. End product is an interactive ebook. 1) Have a script editor for user to write their story. User can choose fonts, font size, font color and etc features. Please propose which type of editor u intend to use. 2) Draw function includes pencil, brush, spray, paint bucket, color palette and etc features. Please propose what you can provide. Maybe better in canvas type? 3) Ability to upload Gif, image in PNG or JPG, audio and video functions. 4) Can do interactive animation as in ePub 3.0 5) Movable and scalable images & text. 6) If you use existing open source application (SVG-edit) or others, let me know how u plan to use and make it into ePub ready. 7) Exporting the final story into MP4 video format. Below is what I need from you. I will not bother to reply if you miss out below required informations. 1) Please write to me your propose timeline of delivery for both functions, at which milestones we can get to see the deliverable for prototype and beta version. 2) Also please quote individual item and both in total. 3) Your past works. ***Remember, codes has to develop in 3 or 4 tiers of development where it is fully scalable for future expansion by additional or removal of certain features without messing up the codes. Database must be easily manageable. Also, I need to own the rights to all the final source code*** Thank you.
