Build a Vue template form the data in a JSON file

I need a Vue.js template built that uses the data in a JSON file and builds the HTML string. I have the JSON and I have the JavaScript loop but I don't know how to put them together to product a Vue file. The Json_HTML file is the final output with the css that I have ([login to view URL]). I need this done in a basic best practice concept so I and duplicate the process for various methods. I have placed the json file in a folder and started the dashboard Vue file (see attachment)
