Building Recoverable Node-Red Deployment

we have worked on node-red before for IOT apps, so what you require, i have confusion with it. i have below confusion 1) what do you mean by recovering active flow upon restart? you mean to say whatever flow you design it should come back upon restart the node-red? 2) so you want something like, flow should be automatically saved upon changes on it so that even if you restart, you get the flow back? please confirm?
