Demonstration using Play Canvas or Babylon.js

We want to create a user walk thru a factory plant with set interaction points where an avatar would speak the information. The application only needs to run on desktop web browsers. This project is to help us understand what is required. We came across PlayCanvas and Babylon.js. However, we are still unsure of what design tools and kind of skills we will require.
