I am a Graphic Designer looking for a Java Programmer to make some revisions to a simple desktop app that shows closing stock prices from a database and that also has text links to websites. If are are able to do the following, please let me know 1. I need the cursor to change into a hand icon whenever hovering over a text link. 2. I need a news ticker that can be created along the top so we can enter text into the database that will show up in that area. 3. Make an installer for the jar file so it installs it and adds a shortcut icon on the desktop and show ups on the start menu ( for both windows and mac) 4. Make it so the application minimizes to the taskbar on windows and can be brought up again when clicking on it. 5. Grab data from the database for Closing Stock Prices. ( 9 stock prices all together.) (See attached image)
