Develop Petty Categories Masterfile module

Scope of Work 1. Project Scope Petty Cash Categories Masterfile module is a small-sized module for displaying lists of categories predefined to be used in petty cash. It also includes listing of subcategories and its status per branch. User can perform processes such as add, edit or delete categories and subcategories, or change its status(Active/Inactive). Access rights will be applied for this module. Administrative rights are given to be able to make modifications. This module is part of an on-going project, main page is existing and is not part of this project. 2. Functional Requirements Implement Access Rights Security • You will implement an access rights checker for all pages in this module. Display Categories and Subcategories • Display all categories and its subcategories in a table, and its status by branch. • Filter display by status(Active/Inactive) • Check/uncheck categories and subcategories for a satellite branch • Display status by satellite branch Add/Edit/Delete Categories and Subcategories • Add a category and its subcategory • Edit a category, subcategory and status. • Delete category and its subcategory 3. Developer’s Responsibilities The developer should provide: • A GitHub account for online repository for collaboration and sharing of source codes. • Should follow the current design of the webpage. • Use proper coding standards and put comments in your code. 4. Technologies Development Language and Framework: Laravel, PHP, CSS3, Bootstrap Database Connection: MySQL Database design for the access rights of this module will be provided.
